At Home with Heather

So, about a week and a half ago, Sam and I got into an accident with the Jeep. It had just started raining and we went to exit onto 85, but it was at a dead stop. Before we knew it we were hydroplaning and the breaks locked up as we avoided to hit the car in front of us, that was stopped ON the exit. Well we hit the car in front of us and shattered their back window, as you can see the front of the jeep, got pretty crunched too. Sam decided to sell the jeep to his brother, who is a mechanic. He sold it to him for $600, considering the damage that would need to be repaired and the fact that Sam only paid $1,200 for it. It's great b/c his brother is paying us in wrapped up quarters-we have $200 so far! Well, we are now a one car family, until he returns from Kuwait and we purchase another one.
