At Home with Heather

With Sam leaving, I need to find myself a job. I have been quite spoiled by staying at home for the past 4 months enjoying this time with my husband before he leaves for war for the next year. I am just not sure what I want to do! I was a nanny for an amazing family for two years. That is something I would like to continue to do, but with school I think the scheduling would be conflicted. I have also been waiting table for about 3 years and I would like to avoid that at all cost. Sure the money's pretty good, but it's not always worth the hassle, depending on tips from ungrateful customers.

I thought about a "fun" job, like working at Starbucks, or a bookstore. I have always wanted to learn to make all sorts of coffee and here is my chance! I know the pay isn't great though, so that may deter me.

Sam suggested working for an airline. I love to travel, and this is the perfect opportunity with him being gone. Free flights for the family! I would enjoy that, but again it interferes with school...

So what is a girl to do? I have NO clue what to do, and with time ticking away at his departure I need to decide soon. I will need as much distraction as possible to survive the heartache of him leaving...
